ANDUYOG Program

Anduyog is a Bikol word meaning to be in total unity with or the selfless and unconditional giving of oneself to others. This tenet is the guiding light of AQ Foundation for its socio-economic services, namely:

  1. Anduyog in the 21st Century Abaca Project : A Land Bank financially-assisted social enterprise that aims to rehabilitate 300 hectares of abaca farms in six municipalities in two provinces in Bikol
  2. Integrated Coconut Processing Center : A community-based, farmer-owned agro-industrial enterprise with a coconut processing facility as core component.
  3. Coco-Bind Joint Venture Project : Another community-based social enterprise which deals on coco coir fiber production and processing. The project puts into economic use coconut husks which are otherwise regarded as agricultural waste. Co-owners are a local people's organization, a local NGO, a development financing NGO, an export company, and Aquinas University.
