OPD conducts ISO orientation

The Office of Planning and Development organized an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) orientation/reorientation cum workshop on October 23, 2017 at the St. John Macias Pavilion, Hall A.

The participants were focal persons of the functional areas and Quality Management System team members. The orientation consisted of topics about fundamentals concepts and requirements and developing procedures manual. The workshop tackled developing quality objectives.

ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization with a membership of 162 national standards bodies. Through its members, it brings together experts to share knowledge and develop voluntary, consensus-based, market relevant International Standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges.
