Aquinas University of Legazpi believes that students can only thrive in academics if they live in a serene and conducive atmosphere. The Sta. Catalina Ladies Dormitory provides students with safe and well structured place where students can stay unharmed and secured. It has one supervisor who administers the overall rules and regulations of the dorm.

The dormitory does not only nurture the students academically but it also caters to the students' recreation hours.
