Dormitory Guidelines

Reservation and Renewal

  • The dormitory provides the following contract terms:
    • June - March
    • June - October
    • November - March
    • April - May
  • Reservations must be done not later than two (2) weeks before the end of each contract term.
  • Applicants must submit the following:
    • New
      • Accomplished Personal Data Sheet
      • One 1x1 id picture
      • Photocopy of Enrolment Form
    • Old
      • Renewal Form
      • Photocopy of Enrolment Form
  • A non-refundable reservation fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00) shall be collected upon for filing of application. However, it shall be credited to the total amount of payment upon confirmation.
  • Confirmation shall be made not later than two weeks after reservation by giving deposit and advance payment.
  • Room assignments for the semester shall be assigned by the dorm supervisor in consultation with the applicant.
  • Residents who will skip contract for summer and wish to keep personal belongings in the dormitory shall pay a storage fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php 500.00).
  • Residents are required to submit a Terminal Notice two (2) weeks before the expiration of contract.


  • The mode of payment shall be one-month advance, one-month deposit.
  • Monthly rates of rooms are as follows:
    • Single room accommodation - Php 1,900.00
    • 2-in-1, 3-in-1, and 6-in-1 room accommodation - Php 1,400.00
  • Monthly payments must be made not later than the second Monday of every month.
  • Surcharge of One Hundred Pesos (Php 100.00) shall be collected for late payment.
  • Additional fees shall be collected separately for every electrical appliance brought inside the dormitory. The supervisor shall define such fees.
  • All payments shall be made through the dorm supervisor.
  • Failure to pay for three (3) consecutive months would inhibit one to renew contract.
